All images, 3D renders, illustrations, digital previews, catalog photographs, and visual representations displayed by Mooble Craft LLP across its website, social media platforms, design presentations, or consultation materials are intended solely for reference and illustrative purposes. These representations are conceptual approximations created to help customers understand design intent, proportions, and aesthetic direction. However, due to the inherent limitations of digital visualization and the handcrafted nature of our products, the final delivered product may differ in appearance from such representations.

Variations may arise due to multiple factors including but not limited to lighting conditions during photography or rendering, differences in screen resolution and display calibration across user devices, and the interpretative translation of digital designs into physical products. Additionally, materials such as natural wood exhibit organic characteristics including grain patterns, knots, and tonal variations that cannot be identically replicated across units. By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that such variations are not defects but inherent attributes of custom-made products.

Customers expressly acknowledge that natural materials, particularly solid wood, are subject to inherent variations in grain patterns, texture, density, and color tone. Furthermore, slight deviations in polish, texture smoothness, and shade intensity may occur due to manual application techniques. Such variations shall not be considered defects, deficiencies, or grounds for rejection, return, or dispute.

4.3 Finish and Color Customization

This limitation arises due to differences between digital previews, physical samples, and final production conditions. 5. Design Consultation And Approval Process

5.1 Consultation Scope

Mooble Craft LLP provides professional design consultation services that include concept development, layout planning, mood board creation, material selection guidance, and aesthetic recommendations. These services are creative and interpretative in nature, intended to align with the customer’s preferences, space requirements, and functional needs.

It is explicitly understood that these consultations are not rigid engineering blueprints but conceptual frameworks that evolve through discussion and refinement. While the Company endeavors to provide accurate and practical design solutions, the final outcome depends on multiple factors including site conditions, material availability, and customization feasibility. The customer acknowledges that design suggestions are advisory in nature and may involve subjective interpretation rather than absolute precision.

5.2 Design Approval Responsibility

Prior to initiating production, Mooble Craft LLP will provide the customer with final design specifications, including dimensions, materials, finishes, and functional details. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to thoroughly review, verify, and approve all aspects of the design

Once the design is approved, it shall be deemed final and binding. No significant modifications, alterations, or redesign requests will be entertained thereafter without additional cost implications and potential delays in delivery timelines. The customer bears full responsibility for ensuring that the approved design meets their requirements in terms of size, usability, ergonomics, and aesthetic expectations. Any oversight, misunderstanding, or error in approval shall not be attributed to the Company, and Mooble Craft LLP shall not be held liable for dissatisfaction arising from approved specifications.

6. Order Confirmation And Payment Terms

6.1 Order Acceptance

An order with Mooble Craft LLP shall be considered confirmed only upon completion of two essential conditions: formal approval of the final design and receipt of the required advance payment. Until both conditions are fulfilled, the Company reserves the right to withhold production, modify pricing, or decline the order without obligation.

6.2 Pricing Structure

Any promotional offers, discounts, or pricing adjustments are at the sole discretion of the Company and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

6.3 Payment Terms

An advance payment is mandatory to initiate the production process, as all products are custom-manufactured specifically for the customer. The remaining balance must be cleared in accordance with the agreed payment schedule, typically prior to or at the time of delivery.

Failure to adhere to payment timelines may result in delays in manufacturing, dispatch, or installation. Mooble Craft LLP reserves the right to withhold delivery, suspend services, or impose additional charges in case of payment defaults. The customer acknowledges that timely payment is a critical obligation and agrees to comply without exception.

7. Manufacturing And Delivery Timelines

7.1 Production Timeline

Given the customized nature of Mooble Craft LLP’s offerings, all products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Production timelines vary depending on design complexity, material availability, and project scope. Any timelines communicated to the customer are indicative estimates and should not be interpreted as fixed or guaranteed delivery commitments.

7.2 Delay Conditions

Delays in manufacturing or delivery may occur due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to shortages of raw materials, supply chain disruptions, transportation challenges, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen operational constraints. Additionally, any changes requested by the customer after order confirmation may extend production timelines.

Mooble Craft LLP shall not be held liable for delays arising from such factors, provided reasonable efforts are made to complete the order within a practical timeframe.

8. User Account And Security

Users who create accounts with Mooble Craft LLP are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, misuse, or loss arising from the user’s failure to safeguard account credentials. Any activity conducted under the user’s account shall be deemed the responsibility of the user.

9. User Obligations And Conduct

Mooble Craft LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at its sole discretion in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal restrictions affecting service delivery.

Termination may result in account suspension, cancellation of ongoing orders, or refusal of future services. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from such termination, provided the action is taken in accordance with these Terms.

14. Indemnification

By accessing, using, or engaging with the services of Mooble Craft LLP, the user expressly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, including its partners, directors, employees, designers, consultants, vendors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that may arise directly or indirectly as a result of the user’s actions, omissions, or breach of these Terms.

This indemnification obligation extends to situations where any claim is brought against the Company due to misuse of the platform, misrepresentation of information provided by the user, unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property, or any act that violates applicable laws or regulations. In the context of customized furniture and interior services, the user further agrees to indemnify the Company against any disputes arising from design approvals, specification selections, material choices, or functional expectations that were explicitly reviewed and approved prior to production.

The user also acknowledges that if any third-party claim, legal proceeding, or regulatory action is initiated against Mooble Craft LLP due to the user’s conduct, negligence, or violation of these Terms, the Company shall have the right to recover all associated costs, damages, and legal expenses from the user. This includes, without limitation, claims related to intellectual property infringement, misuse of designs, unauthorized duplication, or improper commercial use of the Company’s proprietary work.

The indemnification obligations under this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of the user’s relationship with Mooble Craft LLP and shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.

15. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions, engagements, and interactions between the user and Mooble Craft LLP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. By agreeing to these Terms, the user consents to the exclusive application of Indian legal frameworks in interpreting rights, obligations, and liabilities arising from the use of the Company’s services.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including but not limited to issues relating to product quality, customization outcomes, service delivery, payments, or contractual obligations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the territorial limits of the Company’s registered office.

The user expressly agrees that no other jurisdiction shall have authority over such matters, and waives any objections to venue, jurisdiction, or inconvenience of forum. 16. Reportiong And Grievances

This acknowledgement constitutes a binding agreement between the user and the Company and applies to all current and future interactions unless explicitly superseded by updated terms.

The user further acknowledges and accepts the inherent nature of customized furniture and interior solutions, including the possibility of variations in materials, finishes, dimensions, and visual outcomes. The user understands that each product is made-to-order through a combination of manual craftsmanship and industrial processes, and therefore may not be identical to digital representations or samples.

By placing an order, approving designs, or engaging in consultation services, the user accepts all associated customization risks, including but not limited to aesthetic interpretation, material behavior, and environmental impact on the final product. This acknowledgement reinforces the user’s informed consent and confirms that expectations have been aligned with the nature of the Company’s offerings.
