Return & Refund Policy

At Mooble Craft LLP, every product and service is crafted with precision, care, and a strong focus on customization. Our offerings are not mass-produced or off-the-shelf items. Instead, each order is designed, manufactured, and executed based on the specific requirements, preferences, and space details provided by the customer.

Due to the highly personalized nature of our work, this policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, cancellations, damage resolution, and warranty support, ensuring complete clarity for our customers.

No Return Policy

Mooble Craft LLP follows a strict no-return policy across all product and service categories. Once a product has been delivered or installed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all customized furniture, modular solutions, interior furnishing works, smart automation systems, and B2B orders. Since each product is manufactured exclusively for an individual customer and tailored to approved designs, dimensions, materials, and finishes, returned products cannot be reused, resold, or modified for other customers.

OCustomers are therefore advised to carefully review and confirm all specifications before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

Mooble Craft LLP operates on a no-refund policy, including but not limited to advance payments, partial payments, or full payments made by the customer.

Once an order is booked and an advance payment is received, the execution process begins immediately. This includes design finalization, material procurement, production scheduling, and allocation of manufacturing and installation resources. These activities incur irreversible costs from the very first day of order confirmation.

As a result, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind by the customer
  • Project delays due to site readiness issues
  • Non-availability of the customer during delivery
  • Personal dissatisfaction not related to manufacturing defects

Refunds are not applicable even if the customer chooses not to proceed after order confirmation.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

Access to the Mooble Craft website and services is open to users of any age. However, in the case of users below the age of 18 years, it is understood that the usage of our services, consultations, and purchase decisions are made under the supervision, guidance, or consent of a parent or legal guardian. Mooble Craft LLP shall not be held responsible for any misuse of services by minors without appropriate supervision.

AOrder Cancellation Policy

Once an order is confirmed and the advance payment is made, order cancellation is not permitted. This applies irrespective of whether physical manufacturing has commenced or not.

Customers expressly acknowledge that Mooble Craft LLP initiates work on the order immediately upon confirmation. Therefore, any cancellation would lead to financial and operational losses that cannot be reversed.

Accordingly:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once booked
  • Advance payments are non-refundable
  • No compensation or credit will be issued in lieu of cancellation

This clause forms a binding part of the service agreement between the customer and Mooble Craft LLP.

Damage During Delvery or Installation

Mooble Craft LLP takes complete responsibility for ensuring safe packaging, transportation, delivery, and installation of its products.

In the event that any damage occurs to the product during transit, delivery, unloading, or installation by our authorized personnel, Mooble Craft LLP shall assume full responsibility. Customers are encouraged to notify the delivery or installation team immediately if any damage is observed.

After verification, Mooble Craft LLP will, without any additional cost to the customer, repair, replace, or rectify the damaged component or product within a reasonable time frame. Such resolution will be provided as part of our service assurance and does not qualify for a return, refund, or cancellation.

If damage is identified after installation, the same must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery or installation. Requests reported within this period will be inspected and resolved accordingly.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty Support

Mooble Craft LLP stands behind the quality of its products. If a customer identifies a manufacturing defect, the issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery or installation.

Upon receiving such notification, our team will conduct an inspection to verify the nature of the defect. If confirmed, the issue will be addressed strictly under the applicable warranty terms.

Resolution may include repair or replacement of the defective part, at Mooble Craft LLP’s discretion. Manufacturing defects do not qualify for returns, refunds, or order cancellations.

Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of product, materials used, and components involved. Specific warranty details will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or during handover.

Warranty generally covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural integrity issues
  • Hardware or component failure under normal usage conditions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after handover
  • Improper usage or lack of maintenance
  • Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized third parties

Warranty service is the sole remedy available to the customer for covered issues.

Customer Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By placing an order with Mooble Craft LLP, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • All products and services are customized and made-to-order
  • SReturns, refunds, and cancellations are not permitted
  • Advance and full payments are non-refundable
  • Warranty-based repair or replacement is the only resolution mechanism

This policy is considered an integral part of the contractual agreement between the customer and Mooble Craft LLP.

Policy Updates

Mooble Craft LLP reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective from the date they are published on our website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
